3. Eligibility and Use of Service

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this Service, purchase tickets, or attend Socios Community events.

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

4. Event Information & Bookings

4.1 Accuracy of Information

While we strive to ensure that all event information is accurate and up-to-date, event details are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Event Amendments and Cancellations

Socios Community reserves the right to amend, postpone, reschedule, or cancel any event at any time due to venue issues, performer availability, safety concerns, or force majeure events.

4.3 Event Changes and Refunds

• Guests will be notified via email at least 24 hours before the scheduled event date
• If an event is cancelled entirely, full refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date, or refunds will be offered
• Minor changes to event details do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund

4.4 Ticket Availability

Ticket availability is subject to capacity limits. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise specified.

4.5 Ticket Transfer and Refund Policy

• Tickets are transferable to another person, subject to specific terms stated at the time of purchase
• Tickets are non-refundable except in cases where the event is cancelled by Socios Community
• Name changes or ticket transfers must be notified to talktosocios@gmail.com prior to the event

5. Payments & Pricing

5.1 Pricing

• All prices are displayed in the local currency of the country where the event is held
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without notice until payment is confirmed

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment by credit card and debit card only. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

5.3 Payment Processing

• When you initiate a payment, funds are reserved in your account
• The payment is completed once the transaction is settled by your bank or card issuer
• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your account

5.4 Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you have received a confirmation email.

5.5 Chargebacks

Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in permanent suspension. Contact us at talktosocios@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

6.1 Service Provided As Is

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Socios Community shall not be liable for:

• Any changes, postponements, or cancellations of events
• Technical issues, website downtime, or errors in booking systems
• Actions or omissions of third-party venues, suppliers, performers, or partners
• Personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property occurring at events or venues
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

6.3 Third-Party Venues

Events are held at third party venues. Socios Community is not responsible for the condition, safety, or suitability of venue premises. Attendees are subject to venue rules and regulations.

6.4 Attendee Responsibility

• You attend at your own risk
• You are responsible for your personal belongings
• All costs and remedial actions related to damage or misconduct caused by you are your sole responsibility

6.5 Force Majeure

Socios Community shall not be held liable for any failure or delay resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, pandemics, or government actions.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Ownership

All content on the Service is the property of Socios Community or its licensors and is protected by Hungarian, European Union, and international copyright and trademark laws.

7.2 Restrictions on Use

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any content from the Service without prior written permission.

7.3 Event Photography and Videography

By attending a Socios Community event, you acknowledge that photography and videography may take place and that Socios Community has the right to use such media for promotional purposes.

7.4 Attendee-Generated Content

You are responsible for ensuring you have obtained proper consent before photographing, recording, or posting images or videos of other attendees.

8. Event Code of Conduct

8.1 Non-Discrimination

No racial, sexual, ethnic, or any other form of discrimination is permitted. We believe community is inclusive, and people of all backgrounds are welcome.

8.2 Respect for Boundaries

Respect personal boundaries at all times. Harassment, unwanted advances, or invasive behavior will not be tolerated.

8.3 Music and DJ Sets

DJ sets are curated specifically for each event. Random song requests will not be accepted during events.

8.4 Privacy and Consent

You must obtain explicit consent before photographing, filming, or posting images or videos of other attendees.

8.5 Responsible Alcohol Consumption

Attendees are expected to drink responsibly. Excessive intoxication or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

8.6 Liability for Damage

All costs and remedial actions related to damage or misconduct caused by you are your sole responsibility.

8.7 Dress Code Compliance

Non-compliance with a mandatory dress code may result in denied entry to the event without refund.

8.8 Enforcement

Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from the event and potential legal action. No refunds will be issued for removal due to Code of Conduct violations.

9. Third Party Links and Services

Socios Community has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions of any third party websites you visit.

10. Changes to Terms

Socios Community reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

11. Dispute Resolutions

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hungary.
